We're excited to officially announce the publication of What Works to Promote Inclusive, Equitable Mixed-Income Communities.  This volume, edited by our close colleagues Mark Joseph and Amy Khare at Case Western, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, includes an article co-authored by Frankie and Bill entitled A Call for Property Management Transformation to Meet the Challenges of Mixed Income Communities.  In this article, we feature the groundbreaking efforts of Trek Development Group to build a property management operation and culture which empowers everyone working and living in their mixed income communities to co-create a thriving, inclusive place to live and work.  We were privileged to work along side the Trek Team for four years, as we helped implement the principles and practices of community network building inside a privately owned housing developer and manager.  Our hats off to those at Trek who are carrying on and building upon these early innovations to ensure a high quality of life for all residents AND staff!
